Hillside Commons, located on a picturesque hill North of the SUNY Oneonta Campus, opened in August 2014, providing 330 beds of premium student apartments.  HC is privately developed and owned by NDG Student Living™, and provides Oneonta students, as well as their parents, the peace of mind that comes with living in a safe, quality-designed, student-only community.

HC includes spacious floor plans that provide every resident with a private bedroom and a private bathroom.  The units are fully furnished and include designer kitchens, full-size washer/dryers, individually controlled heat and air conditioning, cable and internet service and many premium finishes.

HC is planned as a student-only live/learn community that supports residents’ personal, social and academic needs and includes many amenities, such as a multi-media lounge, café, computer commons with free printing, study lounges, exercise facility, game room, gated/secure access, and a private courtyard.
